Official Brand Support: Power Banks, Cameras, Drones, Watches
Warranty work runs on three things: the official channel, the receipt and the serial number. Any \"repair hotline\" you found in a search result is not one of them.
Before you leave, save the brand, model, serial number, purchase date and channel, and a copy of the invoice. Check the warranty period and what it excludes — water damage, drops and modifications are usually out. Use only official support pages and repair centres, keep proof of postage when shipping a device, and watch for recall notices on power banks, drone batteries and camera firmware.
Gear support is not really a customer service question. It is a records question: without the serial number and the receipt, the official channel cannot help you, and the unofficial one will take your money.
Save before you travel
- Brand, model, serial number, purchase date and channel, invoice or order screenshot.
- Warranty period and scope. Water damage, drops and modifications are commonly excluded.
- Local official repair centre or shipping address. Cross-border purchases may carry regional warranty limits.
- Recall notices: power banks and portable stations especially, plus camera and drone firmware and battery recalls.

These are pages, not phone numbers or chat accounts — deliberately. Numbers and messaging handles go stale and are easy to impersonate.
How to ask
- Write it out: model, serial number, purchase date, symptoms, whether it was wet or dropped, whether firmware was flashed.
- In warranty: use the official RMA or repair process, and keep proof of postage.
- Out of warranty: get an official quote before deciding to repair or replace. Do not let a third party open it first.
- Swollen or recalled power bank: stop using it, follow the official recall process, and do not charge it or check it in as luggage.
